the physical progress of the scheme.
the scheme in terms of achievements and strategy towards inclusion of different
target groups such as SC/ST, BPL, minorities, women, differently abled, etc as
mentioned in the scheme guidelines.
whether the training content meets the requirements of the trainees.
the infrastructure used for training and quality of training centers/trainers.
the impact of the training in terms of benefits attained by trainees, viz.
in knowledge and awareness level after digital training,
of digital training in day-to-day activities,
of the trainees in making digital payments,
various services provided online etc.
improvements in the implementation of the scheme in order to achieve greater
